Categories of contracts and related economic activities, which are necessary for promoting economic development, improving the undertakings' performance and competitiveness, developing production or distribution systems or brining certain benefits to the consumer, may be exempt from the application of the provisions of Articles (5), (6), (7) and (8) of this Decree-Law, by virtue of a resolution of the Minister or his authorized representative in coordination with the Relevant Authority, provided that they do not result in completely eliminating competition in the relevant market or a significant part thereof.
