1. The decision issued by the Minister, or the person authorized thereby, concerning an application for exemption of Agreements or practices from the application of Articles (5), (6), (7), and (8) of the Decree by Law shall specify its conditions, if any, the date on which it enters into force and expires, and its geographical scope where necessary. 2. The exemption may be extended prior to its expiry upon a reasoned written application submitted by the concerned Undertaking at least three (3) months before the expiry date of the exemption granted thereto. 3. The Minister may, sua sponte, and upon the recommendation of the Committee based on the report prepared by the competent organizational unit within the Ministry for this purpose, issue a decision extending the exemption.
