It is permissible to stipulate the fulfillment of the Cheque: 1. To a named person with or without expressly stating the condition of the order. 2. To a named person with mentioning the phrase (Not To Order) or any other phrase that conveys this meaning. 3. To the Bearer of the Cheque.
