1. A bill may be paid by intervention whenever, at or before maturity, the holder has a right of recourse against parties liable on it. 2. Payment shall cover the entire amount that the person for whose honour intervention is made was required to pay. 3. Payment shall be made no later than the day following the last day on which a non-payment protest may be made.
