1. The acceptance must be unconditional; however, the drawee may restrict it to part of the sum of the bill of exchange. 2. Any modification to the particulars of the bill of exchange introduced to the wording of the acceptance shall be deemed as refusal of acceptance. Nevertheless, the acceptor shall remain bound by the contents of the acceptance wording.
