1. The Murabaha sale price shall, after the contract is concluded, be fixed, and may not be variable or associated with an indicator or otherwise. 2. An agreement may be made to pay Murabaha sale price in installments, based on installments of a specific sum and specific payment term, or at a single payment on a specific date.
