1. Where the value of the commercial paper is not paid or the customer becomes bankrupt, the bank may reserve for itself the right to make a counter-entry to the value of the commercial paper and the expenses in the debit side of its customer's account, who in his turn shall endorse the commercial papers to the bank. 2. Where the customer has no current account with the bank, he shall refund the commercial paper's value plus the expenses to the bank.
