1. The carrier shall carry the passenger and his luggage to the destination place on the date agreed upon, and if no date is specified, then within the time limit required by an ordinary carrier under the same circumstances. 2. The carrier may, prior to carriage commencement or during the trip, examine the passenger's luggage in his presence to ensure their conformity with the carriage conditions.
