1. The carrier may withhold the passenger's luggage in satisfaction of the fare and the price of food or other items served to him during the performance of the carriage contract. 2. The carrier shall have lien over the price of the passenger's luggage in satisfaction of the carriage fare and other amounts payable to it due to carriage. The proceedings of enforcement against commercially pledged items shall apply in this respect.
