1. The court may order the merchant to submit his commercial books for the perusal of his opposing party only if the dispute is related to a decedent's estate, partnership or the division of their joint property. 2. In case of bankruptcy or composition, the commercial books shall be delivered to the competent court, the bankruptcy trustee or the composition magistrate.
