1. The passenger shall pay the transport fare at the agreed time, at the time stated in the transport regulations or, failing either, at the time prescribed by custom. The passenger shall follow the carrier's instructions relating to transport. 2. The carrier shall transport the luggage carried by the passenger during the journey. The passenger shall not pay a fare for such luggage provided that it does not exceed the limit specified in the transport tariff or the customary limit.
