1. Where the commission agent who is assigned to sell is declared bankrupt before receiving the price, the principal may claim payment of the price directly from the buyer. 2. Where the commission agent who is assigned to buy is declared bankrupt before he receives the item sold, the principal may claim delivery of the item sold directly from the seller.
