1. Any transactions undertaken by a merchant in connection with his trade shall not be accepted by any competent authority, unless such merchant is registered in the Commercial Register. 2. A merchant who practices his commercial activities on technological media or via modern means of technology shall fulfil the requirements of the competent authorities on the registration in the Commercial Register.
