1. The agent may not constitute himself as a second party to the transaction assigned to him for execution except in the following cases: a. If the principal authorizes him to do so; b. If the principal's instructions concerning the transaction are express and specific and precisely executed by the agent; and c. If the transaction is related to a commodity which has a fixed price in the market and the agent has bought it for himself or has sold it to the principal from his own money at such price. 2. The agent shall not be entitled to any remuneration against the agency in the above cases.
