1. Any person who has attained (18) eighteen calendar years of age and is free of any legal impediment shall be competent to engage in trade. 2. A minor may - whether under guardianship or custody - engage in trade when he attains (15) fifteen calendar years of age, in accordance with the controls and conditions issued by a Cabinet resolution at the proposal of the Minister of Economy.
