1. In the event where the seller is not bound to conclude the goods carriage contract, the buyer shall, at his own expense, organize the carriage of goods from the airport of departure to the airport of arrival. The buyer shall further designate the air carrier or it representative or any other person to whom the goods are to be delivered, and he shall notify the seller within a reasonable time thereof. 2. Where the buyer fails to notify the seller, within a reasonable time, of the instructions required for the carriage of goods, the buyer shall bear all the additional costs arising therefrom, as well as any damage that may be sustained by the goods, from the date fixed for delivery, provided that the goods were allotted or designated per se.
