1. The seller shall be bound to pack the item sold and ship it on board the vessel within the time limit set for shipping, or within the period dictated by custom. The seller shall further bear the expenses of packing and the costs of inspection, measuring, weighing or counting the item sold as is required for its shipping. 2. The seller shall, without delay, notify the buyer of the name of the vessel and completion of shipping.
