1. The provisions relating to General Partnerships shall also apply to Limited Partnerships, subject to the provisions of this Chapter in respect of the Limited Partner. 2. The MOA of a Limited Partnership shall include the names of the General Partners and Limited Partners. If the capacity of such partners are not mentioned in the MOA, the Company shall be deemed a General Partnership and, accordingly, all the partners thereof shall be deemed General Partners. 3. The Limited Partner's capital contribution may not be work.
