1. The name of a Limited Partnership shall consist of the name of one or more of the General Partners in addition to the legal form of the Company. In addition, the Company may have its own trade name. 2. The name of a Limited Partner may not be included in the name of the Company. If, however, such a name is added with his consent, the Limited Partner shall be deemed a general partner vis-à-vis the bona fide third parties.
