The General Partnership shall keep the following items at its headquarters: 1. A register containing the names and addresses of the partners; 2. A copy of the MOA of the Company and any amendments thereto; 3. A statement of the cash amounts and the nature and value of any assets contributed by each partner and the dates of such contributions; and 4. Any details, documents or other records required to be kept under this Decree Law and its implementing resolutions.
