1. The liquidator shall, upon completion of liquidation work, submit to the partners or to the General Assembly or the competent court a final account of the liquidation which shall terminate upon approval of the final account. 2. The liquidator shall record the completion of the liquidation in the commercial register maintained by the Competent Authority. The completion of liquidation shall not be effective vis-à-vis third parties except of the date of such entry. The Company shall be removed from the commercial register maintained by the Competent Authority.
