1. The Company shall announce the conversion resolution in two daily newspapers issued in the State; one of which is published in Arabic, within five [5] days of the date of the conversion resolution, and shall notify the shareholders or the partners and the creditors by registered letter. 2. The announcement and the notice to the shareholders/ partners and the creditors as per Clause [1] of this Article shall include a statement confirming that the Company's creditors and the holders of bonds and Sukuk, as well as any interested shareholders or partners, shall have the right to oppose the conversion at the headquarters of the Company.
