Commercial Companies Law — Article 273 — Article (273) Establishment of Mutual funds

1. Mutual funds shall be established in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in a resolution of the SCA. 2. Mutual fund licenses issued by the Central Bank prior the effective date of this Decree Law shall be exempt from Clause [1] of this Article.
