1. The board of directors of the Company shall, within five [5] business days of the date of an incorporation certificate being issued by the Ministry, commence the process of registering the company with the Competent Authority. 2. The Competent Authority shall record the Company in the commercial register and issue a business license for the Company within 3 [three] business days of the date of completion of the documents and payment of the fees.
