1. The auditor shall notify the SCA of any violations of the provisions of this Decree Law or any violations which constitute a criminal offence, detected in the course of performing his duties for the Company, within 10 [ten] days of detecting the violation. 2. If the auditor fails to comply with Clause [1] of this Article, the SCA may suspend the auditor from auditing Public Joint Stock Companies for up to a year or revoke his registration with the SCA, or refer him to the Public Prosecution if necessary. In all cases, the Ministry and the Competent Authority shall be notified accordingly.
