Article 216 — Article (216) Indivisibility of Shares

Every share shall be indivisible. However, if the title to a share is conferred upon several heirs or if the share has multiple holders, they shall choose from among themselves a representative vis-à-vis the Company. The holders shall be jointly liable for the obligations arising from share title. If the holders fail to agree on a representative, any of them shall be entitled to recourse to the competent court for the appointment of such a representative.
