1. If title to a share is transferred by way of inheritance or will, the heir or legatee shall request that the title transfer be recorded in the share register. 2. If the title transfer is effected under an enforceable court order, it shall be recorded in the Share Register pursuant to such order. The transferee shall be able to exercise the rights resulting from the transfer as of the date of registration.
