1. The minutes of meetings of the General Assembly of shareholders shall be kept at the headquarters of the Company. Any shareholder may review such minutes without consideration during ordinary working hours. 2. If the Company rejects or fails to comply with the provisions of this Article, the SCA may issue an order to scrutinize the contents of the minutes on the deliberations of the General Assembly. The SCA may also issue an order instructing the Company to deliver the required copies to the person or persons who request such copies.
