1. The General Assembly may remove all or any of the Directors, even if the AOA of the Company provides otherwise. In such case, new Directors shall be elected instead of the directors so removed, subject to the provisions of Articles [143 and 144] of this Decree Law. The SCA and the Competent Authority shall be notified of such election. 2. If a Director is removed, he shall not be eligible for re-nomination to the board before the lapse of three [3] years of the date of the resolution approving his removal.
