Article 137 — Article (137) Listing the Company's Shares on the Financial Market

1. The board of directors of the Company that offers its shares at a public offering shall, within fifteen [15] business days of the date of recording the company in the commercial register with the Competent Authority, list the Company's shares on a financial market licensed in the State according to the applicable listing rules and regulations of the SCA and the financial market on which the Company's shares are to be listed. 2. Companies listed on a financial market in the State shall comply with the laws and regulations of the financial market.
