1. A Commercial Agency contract shall be deemed in the common interest of the contracting parties. The provisions of the present Law shall apply thereto, and any agreement to the contrary shall not be valid. 2. The courts of the State shall be competent to hear the disputes that may arise regarding the Commercial Agency contract.
