Unless otherwise specifically provided herein, all misdemeanors or felonies provided in Penal Code or any other law shall be deemed as terrorist crimes if committed for a terrorist purpose. The penalty shall be as follows: 1. If the prescribed penalty for such crime is imprisonment, it shall be doubled to the maximum term of the same. 2. If the prescribed penalty for such crime is provisional imprisonment for a term less than fifteen years, it shall be imposed for a term equal to the same. 3. If the prescribed penalty for such crime is provisional imprisonment for the maximum term of the same, it shall be replaced by a term of twenty years, or life imprisonment. 4. If the prescribed penalty for such crime is life imprisonment, it shall be replaced by death.
