Whoever seeks to join a terrorist organization or participates in any way in the activities of the same, despite of being aware of its reality or purposes, shall be punished by life or provisional imprisonment. 2. Whoever joins or collaborates a terrorist organization or participates in any way in the activities of the same, despite of being aware of its reality or purposes, shall be punished by death or life imprisonment.
