Without prejudice to the imposition of the penalties stipulated in this Decree by Law, the Court shall rule in all cases as follows: 1. Dissolve or close associations, centres, bodies, organisations, groups and their branches temporarily or permanently. 2. Confiscate funds, luggage, tools or papers used to commit the crimes stipulated in this Decree by Law, without prejudice to the rights of bona fide third parties. 3. Deport a convicted foreigner who commits the crimes stipulated in this Decree by Law from the State after carrying out the sentence imposed on him.
