The representative, manager or agent of a legal person, if one of the crimes stipulated in this Decree by Law is committed by one of his employees in his name and for his benefit, shall be punished with the same penalties prescribed for the committed crime, if his knowledge of it is proven. The legal person shall be jointly responsible for fulfilling the financial penalties or compensation imposed.
