1. The employment contract shall terminate upon the expiry of its term or the completion of the work, unless it is agreed to renew it. 2. If the parties continue to perform the contract after the expiry of its term or after the completion of a work that is by its nature renewable, this shall be deemed an implied extension of the contract under the same conditions contained therein.
