1. The lease term shall be specified. 2. If a lease is concluded without an agreement on a term, or for an unspecified term, or if the claimed term cannot be proven, the lease shall be deemed concluded for the period specified for the payment of the rent, and it shall terminate upon the expiry of this period at the request of one of the contracting parties, provided that the contracting party has notified the other contracting party of his unwillingness to renew.
