1. The mudarib shall, upon the termination of the Mudaraba contract, complete the works already commenced to a state in which the Mudaraba funds or their profits are not exposed to perishing or diminution. 2. The mudarib may not dispose of the Mudaraba funds after the termination of the Mudaraba contract. If they are other than cash, the mudarib shall convert them into cash, unless the agreement or the nature of the transaction requires otherwise.
