1. The Mudaraba capital may be a debt owed by the mudarib to the capital provider. 2. If the capital provided by the capital provider for the purposes of the mudaraba consists of assets other than cash, the capital shall be the value of what is contributed at the time of contracting, or such value as the contracting parties agree upon as appropriate basis for its valuation.
