1. The borrower is obliged to repay at the place where the loan was concluded, unless expressly or implicitly agreed otherwise. 2. If the domicile of both parties moves to another country, whether the same or different, where the value of the property received under the loan differs from its value in the country of the loan, the lender's right shall transfer to the value at the place where the loan was contracted.
