A person who acts as a representative for another by virtue of an agreement, a provision of law, or an order from the competent authorities may not, whether directly or under an assumed name, even by way of public auction, purchase for themself the property entrusted to them for sale by virtue of such representation, without prejudice to the applicable legislation.
