1. Death illness is the illness in which a person is unable to pursue their usual activities, and in which death is predominant, and which is connected with death. 2. Cases which a person is surrounded by a danger of death and in which death is the most likely outcome shall be deemed equivalent to death illness, even if the person is not suffering from a disease.
