1. The purchaser shall follow the procedures required by law for the transfer of each right included in the hereditary share subject to the Takhāruj. 2. Takhāruj shall not be effective against a third party until the purchaser has completed the procedures required by law for the transfer of each right included in the hereditary share subject to the Takhāruj.
