1. If several things are sold in a single transaction and a defect appears in some of them before delivery, the purchaser shall have the option to accept them for the agreed price or to return them all. 2. If several things are sold in a single transaction and a latent defect appears in some of them after delivery, and their separation does not cause harm, the purchaser may return the defective thing for its proportionate share of the price, and shall have no right to return all of them without the seller's consent. If their separation does cause harm, the purchaser may return all the things sold or accept them for the full price.
