1. The sale requires the delivery of the subject matter of the sale at the place where it is located at the time of the contract, unless there is an agreement between the parties or a custom to the contrary. 2. If the subject matter of the sale was not at the place of the contract at the time of contracting and the purchaser was unaware thereof, the seller is obligated to deliver the subject matter of the sale at the place of the contract, unless there is an agreement or a custom to the contrary. 3. If the contract or custom contemplates the dispatch of the subject matter of the sale to the purchaser, delivery shall not be completed until it reaches them, unless agreed otherwise.
