1. If the contract does not specify a time for the delivery of the subject matter of the sale, the seller is obligated to deliver it immediately upon the conclusion of the contract. 2. If the two parties to the sale agree that delivery will take place at a time determined by the purchaser, the seller is obligated to deliver at that time, taking into account the timeframes required by the nature of the subject matter of the sale or by custom.
