If an immovable property owned by a person lacking or of limited legal capacity is sold, and the sale involves gross lesion, the seller may request completion of the price to the value of the like. 2. The assessment of whether the lesion is gross or not shall be made by appraising the immovable property according to its market value at the time of the sale.
