1. A claim for any periodic recurring right shall not be admissible against a denier upon the lapse of five (5) years without an accepted excuse. 2. A claim for the due quarter against a holder in bad faith shall not be admissible against a denier upon the lapse of fifteen (15) years without an accepted excuse.
