1. The fulfilment of a resolutory condition shall result in the extinguishment of the obligation. The debtor shall be bound to return what they have taken; if return is impossible for a reason attributable thereto, they shall be liable for compensation. 2. Acts of management issued by the debtor shall remain effective despite the fulfilment of the resolutory condition.
