1. The principal shall be bound to perform the obligations undertaken by the negotiorum gestor on their behalf, to reimburse them for the obligations they have assumed, to refund them for the necessary and beneficial expenses justified by the circumstances, and to compensate them for any damage they have suffered due to carrying out the work. 2. A negotiorum gestor is not entitled to remuneration for their work unless it forms part of their professional activities.
